Questions Parents Ask

How do I book a workshop?

Easy! Click any ‘Book Workshop’ button on our website, choose your preferred workshop type, select your date and time, and complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately

What if my kid can’t finish?

Won’t happen! Our elves are pros at helping kids succeed. They know exactly when to step in with just enough help. In 2 years, we’ve never had a kid leave without finishing. That’s a promise.

Can I drop off my child?

All parents need to stay nearby during workshops. For ages 3-5, you’ll be hands-on helping your little one (it’s actually fun!). For ages 6 and up, you can relax in our comfortable parent area with coffee while our elves guide your child – close enough if needed, but free to unwind!

What’s included in the workshop price?

Elf’s Craft Workshops ($39): All materials for 4 activities, expert elf instruction, dedicated workspace, completion certificate, and 5+ finished pieces to take home. Parent helper is included in the price for ages 3-5.

Christmas Special Workshops (From $49): All materials for your single focused project, expert elf instruction, dedicated workspace, completion certificate, and your completed creation. Sessions run 60-90 minutes depending on the workshop.

Do you offer birthday parties or group bookings?

Yes! We love hosting groups. Contact us at (786) 630-8554 for groups of 8 or more. We can customize the experience and offer special group rates.

Can we just walk in without a booking?

We accept walk-ins if space is available, but workshops fill up fast! Booking ahead guarantees your spot and saves you money – walk-in prices are slightly higher than pre-booked rates.

What’s the difference between Craft Workshops and Special Workshops?

Great question! Here’s how to choose:
Elf’s Craft Workshops are perfect for kids who love variety – they experience 4 different activities in 45-60 minutes and take home 5+ pieces. Available in two age-based tiers (3-5 and 6+). Great for first visits and keeping kids engaged with multiple projects!

Christmas Special Workshops are focused experiences – 60-90 minutes dedicated to one amazing project. Perfect when you want to dive deep into something special like building a working toy with real mechanisms, making an ugly Christmas sweater, designing flower arrangements, or creating other professional-quality crafts. Workshop options range from kids to adults!
